Als Matthias vor ca. einem Jahr zu mir kam und nach einem Rechtsanwalt fragte, um Probleme im DMC zu regeln, kam mir das alles schon sehr bekannt aus meinem Werdegang im SV vor.
Da konnte ich ihm nur den Rat geben, den ich nach jahrelangem kämpfen für eine gute Sache, den Deutschen Schäferhund als leistungsfähigen Gebrauchshund zu erhalten, leidvoll lernen musste.
Man kann über Jahre viel Energie, Zeit, Geld, Nerven investieren und hat dabei immer weniger Zeit für Spaß in seinem Hobby. Man findet auch kaum Mitstreiter die entsprechendes Standing haben.
Im RSV2000 hatte ich das gefunden, und wir haben einen steinigen Weg gehen müssen, der letztendlich über lange Zeit tolle Freundschaften hervorgebracht hatte, die teilweise noch bis heute halten. – Das ist das zweite Glück, dass einen der Hundesport bescheren kann. – Das Ergebnis war der RSV2000 mit Anerkennung im etablierten Zirkus.
Jung, dynamisch, erfolgreich und genial als Unternehmer und im Hundesport ignorierte Mathias anfänglich meinen Rat, aber intelligent und pragmatisch, wie er ist, kam er sehr schnell auf meinen Ratschlag zurück.
Ich erkannte auch sehr schnell, dass dies für den RSV2000 ein Glücksfall ist und für beide Seiten eine hervorragende WIN-WIN-Situation entstehen könnte.
Wir vom RSV2000 haben die FCI Anerkennung über den VDH und die Prüfungsberichtigung. Ohne Hundezucht und ohne Prüfungen ist ein Verein tot.
Mathias hat mit working-dog ein Netzwerk und eine Infrastruktur, die meines Erachtens alles toppt, was es im Hundebereich gibt. In dieser Hinsicht waren wir im RSV2000 ehrlicherweise schlecht aufgestellt, denn wir hatten mit der Firma, die uns datentechnisch mit der Internetseite und der Datenbank versorgte, den totalen Reinfall.
Der Weg zur VDH/FCI-Anerkennung ist mehr als steinig und kaum zu realisieren. Nahezu unmöglich ist es die Prüfungsberichtigung zu bekommen. Das gelang uns damals nur, weil die Topsportler der Welt Freunde des Hauses waren und uns reichlich unterstützt haben.
Was lag also näher als die Symbiose. Nicht nur, dass die Kompetenz von Dögel und Raiser im Hundesport Anerkennung gefunden hat, da finden sich auch noch zwei zusammen, die auch ansonsten viele Parallelen aufweisen und sich gut verstehen.
Natürlich ist bei zwei starken Persönlichkeiten auch immer viel geladene Energie vorhanden, die es konstruktiv umzusetzen gilt. Aber ich habe aus mehreren Gründen hier vor keine Angst, denn erstens haben wir beide eine gute Streitkultur, sind an Problemlösungen interessiert und haben diesbezüglich viel Erfahrung.
Was aber noch viel entscheidender ist, ist die Tatsache, dass da nicht nur Matthias von dieser Güte ist, sondern da ist auch noch Albert Spreu, der Vorsitzende vom RSV2000, der auch noch von dieser Couleur ist. Und die beiden haben den entscheidenden Vorteil: sie sind noch jung. Beide zusammen toppen mich allemal, und das beruhigt mich für die Zukunft des RSV2000.
Dies soll absolut keine Abschiedsrede sein, aber schon viele haben mich gefragt: „Was ist, wenn du nicht mehr da bist?!“ – Da sehe ich jetzt keine Probleme mehr!
In diesem Sinne freue ich mich auf die Zukunft, denn mit den Alteingesessenen vom RSV2000 haben wir eine kleine aber sehr solide und zuverlässige Basis über 15 Jahre geschaffen, und mit der Fusion hat ein neuer historischer Moment begonnen.
